Product Warranty

All products are covered by a 2-year warranty.

Complaints, Exchanges and Returns

  • In accordance with Finnish consumer protection legislation, the customer has the right to exchange or return ordered product(s) within 14 days from the date of receipt. The right of exchange or return does not apply to products made to order.
  • The right of exchange or return does not apply to gift cards. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Products ordered and purchased from the online store may only be exchanged or returned provided that the seal, thread, and product tag remain intact and undamaged.
  • In warranty matters, the customer must always present the original purchase receipt and warranty certificate.

  • If you wish to return a product, you must contact us before sending the item back.
  • All return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The customer is obligated to inspect delivered products immediately upon receipt and notify us of any defects or discrepancies without delay via email.
  • Returned or exchanged products must be unused and returned in their original packaging. The product and all related materials (e.g., packaging) must be in original and flawless condition.
    The product must be completely unused.
    If parts of the product are missing, the product is damaged or used, or if part of a gift card’s value has been used, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange or return.
  • Returns are processed within two (2) weeks of receipt. Refunds are issued within 10 days after processing the return, using the same payment method as the original purchase, provided that the return conditions are met.
  • We cover the cost of the first return shipment. Any second or subsequent returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • For international returns, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs if the return is made contrary to these terms.
  • Failure to collect a shipment is automatically considered a customer return. Unclaimed deliveries are returned to the sender by Posti. Returns are processed within two (2) weeks of receipt. Refunds are issued within 10 days after processing, using the original payment method.
